Share a Smile in Madison

The Share a Smile mission is simply to share the gift of dentistry to those in need in Madison. Please consider donating to MOM's Share a Smile fund. Our goals are to remove the financial barrier for people who desire quality dental care:

An absolutely FREE day of dentistry once per month where families in need can receive top-notch dental care in a state of-the-art facility with the latest in dental technology and the best customer service. We invite you and your family to join.

This initiative stemmed out of a desire to give back to the community by using our talent and passion for dentistry through the efficient use of our own teams and clinics.

What do we do?

Total Care Dental is currently giving away free cleanings, exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and root canals once a month from 8:00am-1:00pm.

Is all dentistry free?

The majority of our procedures are 100% free. In certain situations, we ask patients to pay lab fees for extensive work like crowns and dentures. Dental insurance is not required to participate.

We are working with the Middleton Outreach Ministry to set up individual funds to help patients who need extensive work but can’t afford the lab fee. The goal is for the patient to work with their individual case worker at these organizations to get them the funds needed for the lab fees if they want the extensive work done.

Where do the patients come from?

Patients are from all over the Madison area. We want these patients to feel like they have a dental family they belong to so we schedule them for re-care visits on one of our future Share a Smile Days. We want to continue seeing these families for dental care throughout their lives as needed. We only ask that if a patient’s personal finances change, they kindly give up their spot to someone else who may need the help.
